Portsmouth Outdoor Fitness runs a full timetable of classes throughout the week including morning sessions for the early risers, and evening sessions for those who prefer to train at night. Whatever your preferred time to train is, Portsmouth Outdoor Fitness has a class for you.

All classes will be 45 minutes and will use a variety of training styles including cardio and weights
Last Sunday of every month will be a Trail Run Club - there will be no class.
Classes will use a variety of training styles:
- Body Conditioning using equipment
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Circuits Training
All classes are split by a 3-tier fitness ability scale; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Instructors will adapt each class and exercise based on the three fitness levels.
The meeting point for all classes is next to the building on Castle Field on Clarence Esplanade.
On the last Sunday of every month, the class will be replaced with a Run Club out of the city, for example at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. It will offer members the chance to enjoy a trail run. Location and meeting times will be advised on Portsmouth Outdoor Fitness’s Facebook page.
